Ridgeway Methodist Church provides a wide variety of activities for children and teenagers on Sundays. Our young people meet together early every Sunday morning for a time of worship. This early service includes action/dance songs, Bible stories, prayers, games and other creative ways of explaining and applying Bible teaching.

This continues, for the children, in the main hall while the main Sunday service it going on - meanwhile those of secondary school age have their own session in the downstairs in the lower hall.

During the summer there is usually a holiday club during the last week of the school holidays. This is mainly aimed at school age children, with teenagers welcome as helpers. The week usually ends with a special trip - in 2008 this was a day out to Tavistock. These holidays clubs are open to children aged 4 and over and usually have a small daily charge to cover running costs.
