Ridgeway Methodist Pre-School currently employs four members of staff.
The jobs of these are listed below.

SUPERVISOR
(In charge of the day to day running of pre-school)
Special educational needs co-ordinator.

DEPUTY SUPERVISOR
Health and safety officer.

TWO PLAYLEADERS
One of our playleaders is also our equal opportunities co-ordinator.

Three of our members of staff have a current first aid certificate
and three have a recognised childcare qualification.

All members of staff receive regular training and often attend meetings
that are relevant to our pre-school.
