The Noise is a Soul Survivor initiative with many churches and communities taking part. The main purpose is to show God's love through acts of kindness. This year's weekend runs from Saturday, 3 until Monday, 5 May and everyone is welcome to take part, although under 11s should be accompanied by a parent. The main Noise weekend will be preceded by "the Squeak" on Saturday, 26 April when balloons, chocolate and leaflets will be handed out on the Ridgeway.

The weekend begins on Saturday 3 May with work at Chaddlewood Farm Community Centre, and free car washing and face painting on the Ridgeway, as well as litter picking. Saturday evening sees a free quiz night at the church, starting and 7.00pm and including free entertainment and refreshments.

In addition to our usual services on Sunday 4 May, we will be having a prayer walk from the church to Marsh Mills starting at 2.30pm, and there will be a family fun afternoon at Castle Green on Monday 5 May, with food, games, competitions and other entertainment.
