John actually found my web site first, which inspired me to visit the Ridgeway web site. I've enjoyed exchanging emails with John. Looks like you have a nice web site and a nice facility. Most important, you are seeking to share the saving message of Christ. Praise God for the testimony that goes out all over the world!

Worshipped at the Ridgeway church for about a year before we moved to Ecuador in June 2005. Have been inspired by John and his Sunday teachings and Janet and the family have been wonderful friends to us all. Aaron and Hannah especially miss Fiona and Michael. Will meet again soon. xxxx

First we met John and Janet in Männedorf, Switzerland. When they unexpectedly visited us in our home. When we, the bible-home-group, studied the word of God on Acts 21:1-14. An other day we learned from J and J, Fiona and Michael how to play cricket. My wife and I played it for the first time and we enjoyed it a lot. After the game the winners invited us to a lovely cup of tea. Where we had all together a very good time. The Haleys are a nice family. We hope to see you in England. Great website - very informative and user friendly. I've always been made welcome when visiting the church whilst staying with John & Janet. I first heard John preach 22 years ago and still enjoy listening!! He's a great Minister and preacher and I've learnt a lot from him.

I've known John and Janet for a 'wee' while, in their vibrant, enthusiastic manner introduced our family to Christianity and my conscience. I love the website, it's excellent. If you're not sure about going to one of John's Bible Studies, you think you don't know enough or am I allowed to question? etc; GO, it will make you question and challenge, that's good you are allowed, go for it.

Excellent web-site, well done to whoever organised and developed it. Great to see the Christian message being delivered so clearly for all to read. John was originally a patient of mine and he and Janet have encouraged me to really grow in faith and I only wish I didn't live 200 miles away so I could come to your church so I could listen to some decent teaching from John. I wish you all the success with your new outreach worker and pray that God will use you all to reach out and take the gospel to as many people as possible.

It's a misty morning here and very early. I know the Haley household will be up and getting everyone ready for another rewarding day with the Ridgeway community. A year ago Alan and I were married by John Haley in the church. It was a truly emotional day for us both, Pat, Sue and Janet supporting with tissues. The feeling of being part of a family now is there for good and we wish Ridgeway Church and it's family all the very best. The web site is becoming a very useful part of my life and I thank you for it. Our very best wishes and prayers are with you all. Great to visit your new and fresh website. I had the joy of visiting Ridgeway in February to speak at the Burns Supper! It was great being among people who love the gospel and being with John Haley who has such a zest for life and the gospel. I also spent a happy 90 minutes at Plymouth Argyle ... they lost! Been a friend of John Haley and his family for years, and been priviliged to have spoken at Ridgeway a couple of times in the last few years. John's commitment to Biblical teaching and to evangelism and discipleship gave me solid foundations when I worked with him in the mid 1980's. It's always been a pleasurable experience to visit the church at Ridgeway, apart from losing heavily to Michael Haley at football on the Playstation!

You have a very well designed friendly, informative and easy to use church web site. Many churches could learn how to begin to improve their own web sites after looking at the Ridgeway Methodist Church site! Congratulations to all concerned.

This summer we had a very pleasant visit of John & Janet Haley with their children Katharine, Fiona and Michael. We had very interesting subjects to talk after many years we didn't meet each other. It was great to see that friendship in Christ will stand distance and time! Something special: we talk also about great football in england. Just browsing looking at Methodist Websites to start one of our own and spotted yours. I worshipped at Ridgeway and Woodford from 1945 to 1971 when the family moved to London with the RN. My wife was Lena Trevithick who often sang solos at both churches. We joined Wealdstone Methodist Church in 1971 and have been regular ever since. I have been a Steward twice and am currently Secretary. I have fond memories of Ridgeway and Woodford. I tried to visit Plympton last year but found Ridgeway to be a one-way from the other direction.

It was wonderful meeting Revd John Haley and family and sharing the evening with us was very short but very special, the fellowship was great we would like to hear more from you, the members are saying that the word you shared was the right one at the time.
